Life coaching is not a substitute for either therapy or consulting.
Therapy is meant for those who have significant trauma or certain psychological conditions (clinical depression, anxiety, eating disorders, ADHD, addiction issues etc.) If this is you, your healing must come first — please see a therapist who can help you resolve your trauma or stabilize your mental health. You can proceed with life coaching when a licensed therapist or counselor gives you the go-ahead.
The other difference between therapy and coaching is that therapy focuses on the past while coaching is future-oriented. Coaching focuses less on constantly examining (past) emotions and more on taking action: it is meant for people who are willing to push themselves to experience all that life has in store for them.
Consultants are paid to provide their expertise on subject matter beyond what you as the client know. On the other hand, coaches typically refrain from giving you advice or telling you what to do. Instead, I work with you to guide you towards your own perfect solutions and insights.

We all have a story that we tell ourselves about ourselves: our minds act on auto-pilot and constantly replay to us our fears, dreams and expectations about ourselves and life.

Some of these beliefs are useful, while others were once useful and no longer serve us.
My job is to help you discover and release all these limiting beliefs that are keeping you rigidly tied to a life that you no longer want. That is what I mean by unknowing the false self.
I view life as a continuous process of development that brings us new challenges and insights everyday. Three months (or even three years) is not enough to completely unknow our limiting beliefs and live in a fairy-tale for the rest of our lives — such a thing may not even be possible or desirable.
Three months is, however, enough time to unknow a lot of our attachment to the false self and internalize that change is possible. You may not fully transform into your ideal self in 3 months, but you will have a clearer idea of what that is and how to get there.

Our coaching sessions will be held online through web conferencing software like Zoom/Google Meet
In the first few sessions, I will work with you to explore and refine your primary goal or vision out of the program. Ideally, we will create a SMART goal (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic and Time-Bound).
Every week we will also work on 1-3 SMART focus goals that will bring you closer to your overall primary goal/vision.
We will also spend a part of each session discussing assessments, exercises or key concepts that are suitable to your specific needs.
